Purposes of the Symposium

The purpose of the symposium is to provide a forum to showcase the ongoing scientific research involving the study, categorization, and discovery of the rules and reasons behind the effectiveness of self-healing, mental ability and biofield therapies, as well as the methodology and practice issues in various self-healing therapies. The Symposium is also intended to provide a forum to foster interdisciplinary and international collaboration in the study of self-healing, mental ability and biofield healing.

Keynote speech and invited demonstrations of drug-free healing and extraordinary human latent abilities will be presented at the symposium in addition to the regular scientific discussion. The planned demonstration of some extraordinary human abilities (such as using intention to move objects, seeing without eyes and using Qigong to shrink breast tumor) are not for entertainment, but for the purpose of demonstrating the potential power of human intention or biofield, and the need to learn and understand these inner forces in the human body.

Who Should Attend?

This international symposium is intended for those who are interested in the scientific evidences of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), power of human consciousness and self-healing therapies, especially the mind-body medicine, biofield healing and Qigong therapy. The attendees will include research scientists, doctors, medical practitioners, psychologists, nurses and other health professionals involved in the treatments or therapies with CAM or self-healing and biofield healing.

Those who practice CAM, mind-body medicine, biofield healing and selfhealing, and those chronically diseased patients who are searching for more effective alternatives are also encouraged to attend.
